She listened and found the perfect Condo for me. Hurricane Sandy couldn't stop her. My first bid was damaged by the storm, that fell through. Two more bids and they fell through also. She never gave up on me. She was never to busy to show me more options. Again, I didn't have a lot of money to spend . She found the perfect place for me. Anyone else would have said good bye... It is with great pleasure that we write this letter of recommendation for Nicole Presnall and the Presnall Group at Prudential Fox and Roach, Ocean City, New Jersey. In September 2011, my husband and I met Nicole and the Presnall Group while exploring the opportunity to purchase our first condo in Ocean City. Nicole is a native of Ocean City and therefore very knowledgeable not only of the real estate, but also has many contacts to support the process of purchasing a home. Nicole and the Presnall Group have a vested interest in their community. We worked with Nicole for four months. In the beginning Nicole listened to our “want” list and when we met to walk through our different options, we were pleased to find several different types of homes to choose from. Nicole then took the time to sit with us and walk us through the pros and cons of each of our choices. At no time did she push her own listing above the other listings available. We always felt her primary goal was to find the right fit for us. Once we made a choice, Nicole walked us through the process, always being available (even when she was on vacation) and provided us with contacts for closing.
